Frequently asked.

1Do you handle international commercial arbitration?+
Yes. We advise and represent clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings, including ICC, SIAC-seated, and ad hoc arbitrations with Indian parties.
2Can you enforce a foreign arbitral award in India?+
Yes. We advise on enforcement of foreign awards under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including grounds of challenge and enforcement procedure before the appropriate High Court.
3What is the difference between arbitration and mediation?+
Arbitration produces a binding award decided by an arbitrator. Mediation is a facilitated negotiation process that produces a settlement only if the parties agree. We advise on which is appropriate for each dispute.
